Neighborhood Plant Watch is a print-on-demand store specializing in unique, plant-themed apparel and accessories. All of our products are made to order, ensuring that each item is crafted just for you.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders typically take 2-7 business days to process. This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. Since our products are made to order, please allow additional time for production before shipping.
3. What are the shipping times?
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days after processing, depending on your location.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package’s journey.
5. Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?
No, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
